What if snow does not occur at the site?+

Can values from two codes be combined?+
Not without an approved engineering basis. Preserve each source and let the responsible engineer resolve the controlling criteria.
Should the building dimensions be included with the site data?+
Yes. Location criteria and building geometry are reviewed together, so the input package should include both.
